KEVA - Wollongong
Mission statement: Founded in 2000 as the Kibbutz Ex Volunteer Association, the group has now grown into an Israeli/Jewish community and is known by the name KEVA . We get together for festivals and an occasional communal Shabbat dinner. Amnon Levy organises a monthly Schacharit service (Masorti) and Chabad of RARA visits for certain holidays. Our claim to fame is the annual Israeli Film Festival in Wollongong (since 2001). KEVA has a close affiliation with the University of Wollongong's AUJS. Looking forward to welcoming you to Wollongong!
